We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and conducting orientations.
- Manage HR documentation, such as contracts, policies, and performance records.
- Process PTO, benefits administration, and leave tracking.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
