BCBA Clinical Director – Pennsylvania (multiple locations)

A Leadership Opportunity

As a Clinical Director, you’ll manage the day-to-day clinical operations of a clinic, serving as the key point of communication for BCBAs, RBTs, and the wider team. Your role will focus on ensuring exceptional client care while supporting the smooth and efficient running of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Director, you’ll lead and support a team of BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring high clinical quality and effective performance. Your role includes overseeing behavior plans, treatment strategies, and client documentation while guiding BCBAs in developing their clinical and professional skills. You’ll provide hands-on feedback, conduct assessments, and assist with extended evaluations such as FBAs, FAs, and preference assessments.
You’ll regularly review client progress with BCBAs, supervise onsite, and maintain strong family relationships through monthly check-ins. Additionally, you’ll analyze treatment integrity data to enhance training programs, collaborate on curriculum development, and supervise BCBA Apprentices. Occasional travel may be required for assessments, clinical oversight, and supporting high-risk clients.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- BCBA certification.
- Five years of ABA experience (preferred).
- Clean background check, drug screenings, and driving record.
