About the Role:
This role is key to ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. As a Manufacturing Technician I, you will be responsible for executing all processes in production while adhering to strict cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute all processes in production, including preparing media and buffer solutions, operating CIP and SIP systems, and assembling and operating filtration systems.
Participate in departmental projects and quality working teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Initiate new documents for procedures and make minor revisions to existing documents to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Demonstrate procedures as part of a training session to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development among team members.
Troubleshoot simple existing procedures and schedule department or process activities involving coworkers to promote collaboration and efficiency.
Monitor and record critical process parameters, complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines, and perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
Participate on Continuous Improvement Teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Receive and distribute supplies into production areas, train and mentor other team members, revise and review pertinent documentation, and assist in troubleshooting process problems and responding to alarms.
