RubinBrown has over 950 team members in six offices, including Chicago, Denver, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Nashville, and St. Louis. This position will require travel to our various offices several times a year (approximately 15%). The ideal candidate can be located in St. Louis, Kansas City, or Denver.
Director - Team Member Experience Programs
Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, the Director of Team Member Experience Programs is a new role that will significantly impact driving our culture. The Director will initially have responsibility for two critical elements of our Employee Experience : New Team Member Onboarding and our Career Advocate Program. Onboarding is team members’ first opportunity to experience our culture, begin their career development journey, and make an impact on firm growth. The Career Advocate Program is the primary way our team members get the feedback they need to grow and advance their careers. The Director will play a role in reimagining these programs, implementing changes, and managing ongoing impact. This role will also be responsible for our Engagement Survey Administration.
New Team Member Onboarding
- Partner with Learning & Development to create an extended onboarding program.
- Partner with service line and department leaders to identify specific content needs.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure understanding of onboarding requirements.
- Manage new team member participation in the onboarding program.
- Create feedback loops to understand new team member experience with onboarding.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both Career Advocates and Firm Leaders to ensure customized plans are developed and implemented.
