About the Role :
As part of our GQ's Learning Innovation Enterprise implementation strategy the Instructional Designer will support the creation of QMS processes' Overview Microlearnings (low context / knowledge based) videos.Will require engaging with the QMS BPO community, and GQ teams.
- QMS BPO Avatars creation.
- Development of microlearning video scrip using myAibou.
- Prepare microlearning video.
- Generate microlearning video.
- Review / approval of microlearning video in Veeva.
- Publish microlearning videos.
- Translate microlearning videos.
- Support training assignment optimization once microlearning videos are available for assignments for identified audience.

U.S. Hourly Wage Range :
21.00 - $46.00
The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year / level to be entered following completion of internship.The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. internship benefits vary by location and may include :
