Position Overview:
We’re seeking a driven, high-energy sales representative to help expand our brand across the state. While prior experience is a plus, we’re more focused on finding someone with motivation, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn as they work to promote our products to businesses throughout the region. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be resilient, personable, strategic, and well-organized.
Flexibility is key—this role requires the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and stay focused on keeping customers satisfied. The nature of the program means that processes may need to be adjusted periodically, and we’re looking for someone who can navigate these changes with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Your primary responsibilities will include visiting retail locations within your assigned region to conduct product sampling, provide brand education, and generate sales—either directly or through local distribution partners. Expect to spend 4-5 days a week in the field, with additional time for office tasks such as customer follow-ups, order submission, and account management.
We’re looking for someone who can recognize the potential in every lead and is committed to diligently nurturing those relationships to convert them into long-term customers. The role offers an uncapped sales commission structure, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings beyond your base pay.

- Mostly remote work. We may have you occasionally come to the California office for in-person training, team meetings, and new product information. You also will have to travel for tradeshows and events and your territory may cover up to a 200 mile radius with a core emphasis in the listed primary location and surrounding cities.
Working Conditions:
- This position involves frequent travel within the assigned territory.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. You will need to drive a lot while visiting accounts and leads.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
- Understanding of alternative products industries - helpful, but not required.
- Outside position with up to 100% local travel time (within a 2-3 hour radius) and occasional travel to our California HQ events throughout the country (up to 50%).
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs (we have to ship product and event materials to you and you will need to be able to move them as needed).
- Must be able to perform essential functions including prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
