Description : SUMMARY
TAKKION's aggressive growth provides opportunities for personal advancement. The Remanufacturing Shop Technician is responsible for disassembling, cleaning, prep, reassembling, and drive train components. The Remanufacturing Shop Technician will report to the Remanufacturing Shop Manager at the Shop in Enid, OK.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Cleaning parts and maintaining a safe, clean working environment
- Working on various gearboxes, main shafts and components in the Enid, OK facility
- Troubleshooting service / repair needs and performing required work in a timely fashion
- Promoting a positive safety culture
- Protecting RENEW’s value by keeping information confidential
- Enhancing RENEW’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value
- Participate in RENEW’s Technical Training Program to continually improve their skill set
- Other tasks as assigned

This position is largely self-directed and requires understanding of company policy, procedures, and values. Team members will be required to adhere to all safety requirements in all work environments. This position operates in a shop environment.
