**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our manufacturing facility, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
**Duties:**
- Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Assist with travel plans, conference scheduling, meetings and assiorted other administrative duties.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Handle inquiries and provide information to customers and vendors regarding services offered
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Experience with phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of receptioinist procedures
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience making travel plans including flights, hotels, AirBNB's, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in office software systems
