Duties:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue
Build and maintain strong referral relationships to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development initiatives
Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results
Requirements:
Previous experience in Addiction recovery treatment REQUIRED
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role
Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) software - Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
