Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Lead initiatives focused on talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Oversee the administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations matters, offering guidance and resolution strategies.
- Monitor HR metrics and leverage data to make informed decisions and recommend improvements.
- Foster collaboration across departments to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
