We are seeking a talented Operational Resilience Analyst to join our team in New York supporting our Operational Resilience Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to risk assessments, documentation, and compliance initiatives to enhance the bank’s operational resilience.

Role and responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining operational resilience documentation, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Support regular reviews and updates of business continuity plans and incident response strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design crisis scenarios and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Help document Important Business Services, mapping end-to-end processes and associated resources.
- Contribute to key operational resilience initiatives, such as Governance, Scenario Development, and Crisis Management.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops to promote resilience awareness.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on resilience metrics and performance.
- Participate in testing and validating business continuity and recovery plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Experience in banking, finance, or operational roles preferred, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Operational Resilience pillars, including Business, Technology, Third-Party, and Cyber Resilience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operational risk and enterprise risk management best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a team-oriented environment.
The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$115,000
