Financial Accountant III-Payroll
10% bonus target

• WFH 2 days per wk and 1/2 day Fri.
• Excellent w/l balance
• Highly visible to execs.
• Excellent tenure among employees and many examples of internal promotions
• Bonus has paid out over target last few yrs due to co. performance
• Excellent benefits including 3 weeks PTO, 6% 401K match and paid parking

• Provide payroll and payroll-related information to operations and accounting personnel for the completion of the annual budget
• Assist with forecasting payroll-related costs on an as needed basis
• Liaise with Payroll/Human Resources Department(s)
• Variance/flux analysis for monthly management meeting materials
• Journal entry preparation
• Account reconciliation compilation, review, and tie-out

•  CPA preferred

•  Ability to balance work flow and complete assigned functions under time constraints

•  4 years of accounting and/or public accounting experience
