Talascend is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Analyst IV, Digital Business position located in Houston, TX.
General Responsibilities :
- Coordinates with users to determine and document business and user requirements process flow definitions and functional specifications.
- Responsible for document repositories maintenance and updates of project documentation library.
- Create workflow diagrams and screen mockups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Under minimal supervision acts as a liaison between the technology and business groups in the development of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
- Conduct advanced level business process analysis needs assessments and preliminary cost / benefit analysis to align technology solutions with business initiatives.
- Leads project team with gaining business user acceptance.
- Reviews progress and evaluates results for accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolves issues arising from internal department functions or as brought forth by internal or external customers to assigned department.
- Tracks issues to resolution within department and in partnership with other groups.
- Monitors overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily work requirements.
- Work with Dev and testing teams to explain requirements do sanity checks and review test cases
- Write acceptance criteria for stories and defects
