Talascend is currently seeking a HR Strategy Manager for an opportunity in Ridgefield Park, NJ.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Analyze external and internal business environment along with current business status to strategically identify critical issues and develop responsive strategies to set the course of action.
- Develop action plans to strengthen competitiveness based on assessment of internal competencies and processes.
- Support both Corporate and HR Strategy by collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities, and implementing initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and support their long-term growth strategy
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, macroeconomic forecasting, and TAM analysis to inform high-impact decision making and support business objectives
- Collaborate with HR Leaders to design, develop, and implement initiatives that align People Team strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture
- Contribute to projects of strategic importance. Project can include those involving the use of staff and / or outside consultants
- Analyze existing processes / ways of working within People Team to identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined solutions to improve productivity
