We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team, in a fully remote, direct hire role. We offer a full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday and PTO.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions across various industries
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using diverse recruiting methods
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to manage the hiring process efficiently
Conduct thorough technical screenings to assess candidates' skills and qualifications
Negotiate job offers for new hires
Perform other duties, as assigned
REQUIREMENTS :
3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the engineering or IT sectors. Agency experience preferred.
Demonstrated success in recruitment at all levels within an organization
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work remotely with sufficient internet connection.
Strong technology aptitude and direct experience with candidate search databases and automated applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong investigative and a proactive approach to resourcing
High School diploma required
Candidates with a BA / BS degree preferred
