Position Summary:
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a Group Facilitator to join our team. Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Clinical Services, you’ll facilitate on-site PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) groups, providing direct clinical interventions and support. This role involves group facilitation, psychoeducation, and engagement using Trauma-Informed Care practices. You’ll be part of a supportive, dedicated team focused on growth and positive outcomes.
This is a part-time hourly position requiring approximately 5 hours per day, 5 days per week, providing a supportive environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate client-focused group care: Lead and conduct PHP groups, implement clinical interventions, and provide psychoeducation tailored to group needs.
Engage in meaningful interventions: Provide group-based therapy in a compassionate, client-centered manner.
Collaborate with care teams: Work alongside other professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.
Document accurately: Maintain thorough, up-to-date group records in accordance with agency and legal standards.
Support recovery: Offer crisis intervention, client education, referrals, and uphold Talbot’s mission and values.

Qualifications:
Required:
Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or LCDC II or III license in good standing.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Preferred:
Active Ohio LISW, LPCC, or LICDC license in good standing.
Master’s degree in a related field.
CPR/First Aid/AED and Crisis Prevention/De-escalation training.
