Overview
We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating cranes and other heavy equipment in various settings such as construction sites, warehouses, and rig sites.
Responsibilities
- Operate cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate lifting activities
- Inspect and interpret crane load charts
- Transport materials using cranes between construction sites or within warehouses
Experience
- Prior experience in crane operation, including boom trucks and rig cranes
- Proficiency in materials handling techniques
- Familiarity with backhoe operation and forklifts is a plus
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues on the crane
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.35 per hour
