Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various types of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Ensure smooth production processes by performing routine equipment checks and maintenance.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal product quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and quality control issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of prior manufacturing experience, preferably with machinery.
- Comfortable working long hours (55-65 hours per week) including weekends, if necessary.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to [X] lbs as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A solid understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
