We are currently seeking a Press Supervisor to join our growing team in Smyrna, TN!
Description
- Directs and Develops Team Leaders and Operators in the Press Dept.
- Analyze problems and take action to show results based on data and facts and not opinion.
- Maintains and promotes fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
- Track quantified progress based on Company Goals and Objectives.
- Initiate Gorika activities and promote daily improvement by all employees to support Company goals.
- Cover role of Senior Supervisor/ Assistant Manager during absence.
Safety
- Maintain and Audit Safety Awareness Ensure C/M's implemented on time.
- Maintain and Audit 5s System
- Audit Standardized Work
- Audit Effectiveness of Safety Kaizens/ Countermeasures
- Monitor Findings Through KPI (PDCA)
Quality
- Audit Standardized Work (4M Method) Ensure C/M's implemented on time
- Audit Effectiveness of Countermeasures (PDCA) Make plan to keep hold area clean
- Audit and Monitor Change Point
Productivity
- Audit Standardized Work (4M Method) Be able to Calculate Eff and make plan
- Track SPM Trends and Countermeasures
- Identify and Implement Efficiency Improvement Opportunities
- React to Abnormal Conditions and Implement Actions to Maintain Productivity
