Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the inside sales team and drive profitable Nano Processing machinery sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and support dealer network growth in North America.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay competitive.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, communicate trends, and support sales reps and dealers.
- Review sales opportunities regularly and assist with collections and payments.
- Train and guide dealers, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Use CRM and CPQ tools for tracking and quoting.
- Create sales forecasts and reports, contribute to pricing and sales policy decisions.
- Support machine delivery processes and lead technical sales efforts.
- Promote the brand via social media and support marketing campaigns.
- Help create updated sales materials and product comparisons.
- Bachelor’s in engineering or related field.
- 8 years’ experience with high-precision equipment, especially in automotive optics or medical industries.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Willing and able to travel frequently, including internationally; valid passport and driver’s license required.
- Capable of covering travel expenses pending reimbursement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Frequent travel (up to 70%), including to industrial sites with required screenings.
- Must meet facility-specific access standards (drug, background, and health checks).
