We are searching for an Electrical Designer in Austin, TX.
- Must be proficient in AutoCad 2019 or newer (which includes knowledge of X’refs)
- Must be skilled in electrical (circuits, wire sizing, etc) design.
- Must be able to read / understand PI&D’s
- Must be able to adapt existing products and processes in unique ways to solve customer problems
- Must be able to help create solutions to customer problems
- Must be proficient in the use of common office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must take ownership of his / her projects
- Must be able to multi-task while maintaining project deadlines
- Must be self-motivated
- Knowledge of Semiconductor industry / Tool Hook-up is a plus
- Develop conceptual & detailed designs by analyzing equipment / vendor specifications, customer requirements, & existing designs.
- Work with multiple customers and Facilities personnel
- Support engineering evaluations (working with Engineering System Owners)
- Maintain utility database
- Field Work (As-Builts, etc.)
- Follow Design & Cad best practices
- Maintain confidential information Follow and comply with all safety regulations
