Position Title : Project Manager Telco & Data Center Operations

About the Role -We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute critical telecom and data center projects in the Umatilla, OR market.This position is a dual-reporting role, collaborating closely with both the PM Supervisor and the peer division, MDS.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, telecom operations, and data center environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Oversight : Manage new underground (UG) construction (on-campus and civil), cable placement, and splicing activities.
- Customer Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for AWS, maintaining strong relationships and managing customer expectations.
- Team Leadership : Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Quality and Compliance : Ensure projects comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Problem-Solving : Address project challenges, provide solutions, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Reporting : Provide updates to PM Supervisor and MDS leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigations.
