A well-established law firm is seeking an Attorney to join its Litigation practice in its Irvine office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in litigation. Experience in insurance litigation, municipal/public entity litigation, and commercial litigation is preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: Skills and Abilities
- Experience managing all aspects of complex civil litigation, including client communications, motions, discovery responses, court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Proficiency in taking and defending depositions and drafting dispositive motions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to growing a practice.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to be mentored remotely by attorneys in other locations.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar license in good standing in California.
- Minimum of three years of experience in complex civil litigation.
- Experience in insurance litigation, municipal/public entity litigation, and construction matters preferred.
Salary : $160,000 - $210,000
