The Senior Clinical Director holds a key leadership position within this school setting. In this role, you will work alongside several special education and clinical experts in the field. Together, let's make a difference that truly matters. Get Ready to transform: Your Role in Action!  Provide support in all aspects of programming including but not limited to: Direct mentorship and supervision of a team of Behavior Specialists/BCBAs Provide direction and oversight of the remediation of problem behaviors from conducting functional behavior assessments (including functional analysis) and development of behavior support plans and classroom level interventions. Development and implementation of staff training and provision of ongoing clinical supports to enhance student skill acquisition.  Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including experienced and knowledgeable educational and related services staff to ensure high-quality implementation of evidence-based practices and are appropriately individualized for each individual and setting. Participate in the school leadership team guiding systems-change and capacity building in applied behavior analysis.  Ensure direct reports are adhering to internal and external regulatory requirements and participates in operational oversight and management of the school.   Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!
