POSITION SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to lead a team of sales professionals through a focused strategy that excels at capturing market share and driving extensive growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Lead a team of 5 Fabricator and A&D Account Managers to grow sales with new business prospects as well as current customers.
• Inspire, Mentor, Coach sales professionals on how to achieve success through a well-designed growth strategy.
• Drive KPI goals and initiatives.
• Manager CRM function and sales professional engagement
• Occasional regional travel
• Close deals and work together with personnel to submit orders.
• Achieve or exceed all established sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Provide feedback and schedule reports
• Attend and participate in special events and tradeshows
• Help coordinates marketing and outreach efforts to architects, designers, homebuilders, and the public through various channels.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related industry preferred.
• 5 YOE Sales Leadership
• 5 YOE Strong individual sales in industry (architectural, design, or construction).
• Must demonstrate sales skills in a high-end, fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Ability to seek out new clients by attending industry events and functions.
• Must be self-driven, organized, and detailed oriented.
• Demonstrate design skills and architectural knowledge.
