Talent Consultant Group is partnered with a design firm in Jacksonville, FL looking to add TWO Senior Project Managers to their growing team. Our client specializes in multifamily, hospitality, corporate, and adaptive reuse projects.
Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership & Oversight:
Lead architectural projects from concept to construction, ensuring design intent, budget, and schedule adherence. Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, coordinating internal teams, consultants, and contractors. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on progress, risks, and changes. Address conflicts proactively to maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
• Client & Consultant Management:
Build long-term client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded. Lead client meetings and workshops to define project scope and direction. Coordinate external consultants and ensure their input is integrated into the project.
• Design & Technical Expertise:
Oversee project design development, ensuring alignment with client goals, industry standards, and building codes. Ensure comprehensive project documentation, including drawings and specifications, and provide technical guidance to resolve design challenges. Review and approve work quality to meet firm and client standards.
• Project Management & Execution:
Manage project teams, allocate resources, and track performance against goals. Oversee construction administration, including site visits, contractor submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during design and construction.
• Risk Management & Quality Control:
Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle. Conduct quality control reviews to ensure project documentation meets firm standards and sustainability goals. Align deliverables with best architectural practices.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering growth and a collaborative environment. Encourage open communication and conduct performance reviews with constructive feedback to support team development.

Required Qualifications:
• Licensed Architect in the state of Florida.
• 8 years of experience in architecture or project management.
• Experience with multifamily and/or hospitality and hotel projects.
• Strong understanding of project and client management, consultant coordination, and team leadership.
• Expertise in the constructability of wood, steel, and masonry detailing.
• Proficiency in production software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to establish and maintain project schedules.
• Experience in project construction administration and conducting site observations.
