Job Summary:

As the Preconstruction Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of estimators and preconstruction engineers. You will be responsible for nurturing and developing your team while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your leadership will be key to monitoring the preconstruction process and ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of estimators and preconstruction engineers.
• Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor the preconstruction process to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in commercial HVAC and plumbing preconstruction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial HVAC/plumbing preconstruction.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• In-depth understanding of the HVAC and plumbing industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
