Job Overview:
Talent Corps is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Recruiter to join our team in Plano, TX. As a key player in our skilled trades recruiting firm, you will drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, helping connect top talent with opportunities in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, and general labor.
While experience in skilled trades recruiting is highly preferred, it is not required. If you have a strong background in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing and are eager to learn the skilled trades industry, we will provide the necessary training and resources to ensure your success.
Since our workforce includes a large Spanish-speaking population, fluency in both English and Spanish is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
- Utilize bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish) to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and direct outreach.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled workers to ensure quick placement for new job orders.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken) – required.
- Recruiting or staffing experience (skilled trades recruiting preferred, but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing (experience with TempWorks preferred, but not required).
- Willingness to learn about the skilled trades industry and job site requirements.
