Talent Depot is seeking a Project Manager in Civil Engineering for one of our customers.
Our client is seeking a Sr. PM who would be running a team at VP-level that would run the division, and if coming in at the VP level, additional business development responsibilities and a larger bonus.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Civil Engineers, EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen, providing technical guidance, QA / QC oversight, and design feedback.
- Oversee industrial projects (primarily 5 to 50 acres, with occasional projects exceeding 100 acres).

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. 10 years of experience in land / site development engineering (public and private). Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Proven experience managing teams and mentoring junior engineers. Strong understanding of land development processes, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. P.E. License in state of Texas
