DUTIES
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for a range of complex, high-value products.
- Track inventory purchases and collaborate with the production team to provide financial support and analysis. Prepare monthly purchase reconciliations.
- Develop the annual budget and update labor/overhead rates semi-annually for the Workshop, our internal manufacturing unit.
- Conduct and troubleshoot account variance analysis, focusing on inventory, cost accounting, gross margin, cost of goods sold, and both international and intercompany transactions.
- Support the Controller in managing the Company’s SOX compliance program, ensuring adherence to SOX requirements for both Accounting and IT processes.
- Assist the Controller in overseeing the external audit and ensuring the accounting team submits accurate, timely client-prepared schedules.
- Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Take on additional accounting and analysis tasks as needed
Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
