Responsibilities
- Partner with Department Hiring Managers: Work closely with managers from revenue-driven departments to develop strategic hiring plans, create engaging job descriptions, and write job postings that attract top talent.
- Sourcing & Screening Candidates: Use innovative sourcing methods (like Boolean searches, industry networking, and partnerships) to identify and engage strong candidates. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate qualifications and ensure a good match with job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Create effective skills assessments and interview questions, supporting managers in delivering a consistent and thorough interview experience.
- Candidate & Manager Communication: Keep both candidates and hiring managers informed and engaged throughout the entire hiring process.
- Offer Management: Lead the offer process by drafting offers, extending them to candidates, and managing negotiations to secure top talent.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure the applicant tracking system (ATS) remains updated and reflects current candidate and job information.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and other key hiring metrics.
- People Team Initiatives: Support various projects and tasks within the People Team to help achieve overall objectives.
Required Skills
- Experience in Full-Cycle Recruiting: Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across sales, marketing, client experience, and other revenue-focused positions.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
