Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with client managers to identify and communicate staffing requirements and update them on applicant progress.
- Assist drivers in completing client/carrier applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted.
- Schedule and coordinate orientation, managing travel and accommodation logistics while addressing any unexpected challenges.
- Execute administrative tasks and provide support to additional team requirements as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
