Key Responsibilities

• Engage with client managers to assess and understand current staffing requirements.
• Provide regular updates regarding the status of applicants.
• Assist qualified candidates in the completion of carrier/client applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted.
• Schedule and confirm orientation sessions for applicants, while communicating travel and lodging arrangements.
• Address and resolve any challenges that may impede applicant attendance at scheduled orientations.
• Perform administrative tasks and any additional duties as assigned.
