- Engage with client managers to assess and understand current staffing requirements.
- Provide regular updates regarding the status of applicants.
- Assist qualified candidates in the completion of carrier/client applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted.
- Schedule and confirm orientation sessions for applicants, while communicating travel and lodging arrangements.
- Address and resolve any challenges that may impede applicant attendance at scheduled orientations.
- Perform administrative tasks and any additional duties as assigned.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
