To Qualify For This Position, You’ll Have
- Leadership Experience – Demonstrated credit union or banking management, with a strong lending background.
- Financial Acumen – A solid foundation in finance or accounting.
- Technology & Cybersecurity – Experience with new technology integration in financial services and proficiency in managing IT and cybersecurity programs.
- Regulatory Knowledge – Deep understanding of regulatory requirements with a demonstrated aptitude for compliance.
- Team & Project Management – Skilled at managing people, projects, and multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Marketing Savvy – Experience in both traditional and social media marketing is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications – A degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
