The role
We are looking for a Learning Strategist to join our B2B Corporate Transformation team. In this role, you'll be tasked with designing and developing tailor-made learning programs for international corporates, with a strong focus on innovation, emerging technologies, and future skills development to support business transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design tailored learning solutions that foster innovation, support tech-enabled transformation, and strengthen innovation culture within client organizations.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop tailored learning programs that bridge those gaps.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, contributing to proposal development and client interactions to understand their specific learning needs.
- Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, outlining the learning approach, expected outcomes, and economic value of the programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and client partners, to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with client objectives.
- Serve as a client-facing representative, building relationships and ensuring high-quality program design that aligns with client expectations.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in learning and development, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually improve program offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and faculty, ensuring high-quality learning experiences.
About you
Ideally, you are a strategic thinker with at least 4 years of experience in learning strategy, innovation, or corporate transformation. Specifically:
- You have proven experience in designing future-focused learning programs centered on digital transformation, upskilling, and organizational change.
- You have experience managing the full learning design process, balancing creativity with operational execution.
- You are able to translate complex client needs into clear, actionable learning architectures.
- You have excellent communication skills and can engage stakeholders with clarity, vision, and a consultative approach.
- You are deeply passionate about innovation, emerging technologies, and how they reshape the way organizations learn and evolve.
- You constantly explore new trends—from AI and automation to the future of work—and apply them to learning design.
- You are fluent in Italian (native) and have full proficiency in English.
- You are based in or near Milan or Rome, where our B2B team and clients are primarily located.
