The role
We are seeking a new team member to join our Academy team as a Talent Placement & Career Development Specialist. In this role, you will be a key player in our B2C practice, which offers master-level programs focused on digital skills, empowering individuals to successfully transition into the workforce.
Your mission will be to bridge the gap between education and employment by equipping students with essential career tools while expanding our network of corporate partners to create valuable career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver engaging workshops on personal branding, CV crafting, and interview preparation to equip students with essential career tools.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partner companies to secure internships and job placements for students.
- Identify and engage with new companies to expand our partner network, fostering connections that enhance both our B2C and B2B relationships.
- Manage job scouting efforts, keeping up-to-date records on new opportunities, placements, and company partnerships.
- Provide one-on-one support to students in crafting compelling personal stories and presenting themselves effectively to employers.
- Collaborate with Learning Managers to ensure career readiness activities are aligned with industry needs within the master’s programs.
About you
Ideally, you are an enthusiastic, proactive professional with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their career goals and a strong sales acumen.
On top of this, you are:
- Experienced with 1-2 years in a recruiting or employment agency, with a focus on sourcing and engaging with companies.
- Skilled in CV evaluation, with an eye for optimizing LinkedIn profiles, and coaching candidates on professional presentation, positioning, and job search strategies.
- A natural connector who thrives in building and nurturing strong professional relationships across diverse sectors.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Business-savvy, with a keen ability to identify opportunities that align with both educational and corporate needs.
- Passionate about education, innovation, and driving success through empowering others.
- A versatile team player with the ability to excel as an individual contributor when needed.
- Solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills that focus on finding actionable solutions.
- Knowledgeable about the Italian corporate landscape, with a good understanding of local companies.
- Fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
