🎯 What they need:
- 3 years in an internal TA or agency setting
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Someone who’s proactive, strategic, and can speak Hiring Manager fluently
- A natural connector who brings confidence, clarity, and killer instincts to the table
