Talent Groups seeks a Senior Budgeting Analyst to provide critical support to the Budget team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with excellent analytical skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
The Senior Budgeting Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of detailed budgets/forecasts and financial reporting for internal and external audiences, including senior management and the board of directors. This will involve collaborating with Budget Analysts on various tasks, such as meeting with business unit representatives and preparing detailed and summarized notations for forecast to forecast and forecast to actual fluctuations.
The successful candidate will also provide miscellaneous support, including setting up/maintaining Excel, Word and other support files, running and maintaining financial reports, and documenting results of operations and/or changes in plan for management use. A bachelor's degree in Accounting and five years of previous work experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting are required. Experience with organizing and completing corporate taxes, with understanding of IRS Form 990 a plus.
