Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cisco VoIP Engineer to support, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco IP Telephony systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco VoIP phone deployments, voice gateways, and escalation support for telephony issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Cisco VoIP phones and voice gateways.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Cisco IP Telephony issues.
- Manage and maintain the in-house Cisco VoIP phone system.
- Provide escalation support for complex VoIP-related challenges.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with medical equipment integrations, including nurse call systems, SPOK SIP trunking, Valcom paging, MRI trucks, oxygen tanks, and fax systems.
This is a full-time onsite role in Oklahoma City with the potential for a long-term hire.
