Work schedule : Hybrid - Tuesday and Wednesday every week.
Duration : 6 months contract with possible extension
Job Summary :
The Commission Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting commission data entry in the Varicent commission system to ensure accurate and timely employee payouts.
The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to collaborate with a team to support 2,400 global payees.
Job Responsibilities :
- Data Entry & Commission Management : Enter and manage data in the Varicent commission system to support accurate commission payments for 2,400 global payees.
- Accuracy & Timeliness : Ensure timely and precise data entry, overseeing commission calculations and ensuring employee payouts are correct.
- Team Collaboration : Work with other team members to support commission processing, providing backup and assistance as needed.
- Process Improvement : Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvements by applying best practices to enhance system setup and payment workflows.
- HR Reporting Issues : Identify any discrepancies in downstream HR reporting and engage with the appropriate resources to make necessary corrections or adjustments.
- Ad-hoc Reporting & Analysis : Perform data analysis and create ad-hoc reports using Excel to support business needs.
