What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Analyst position at Talent Groups?
Our client is looking for an experienced Junior Desktop Support Specialist. A good understanding of Windows Desktop Administration, Active Directory concepts, Domain administration, and Desktop / Laptop client computing are required. Win 11 and Microsoft Office 365, Bitlocker, McAfee AD, InTune, SCCM, CMDB, ServiceNow are highly recommended. Experience in large scale asset deployments would be beneficial. The ability to strongly function as a member of an established Tech Team, work across a broad range of technologies, and liaise across multiple technical areas of the business to support incidents, problems, and requests. Responsible for answering IT requests via ServiceNow, phone, email, or in person and explaining solutions in technical and non-technical terms to end users.
