Role: Senior DevOps Lead/Architect
Location: Somerville, MA

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to develop architecture documents ensuring alignment with technical requirements
- Create design artifacts and support prototyping with the development of proof-of-concepts (POCs)
- Deliver high-quality work and assist peers in ensuring design requirements are met
- Lead validation and testing efforts (Functional, Integration, System, User Experience, etc.) for assigned modules
- Assist in creating the "Go Live" plan and take charge of leading assigned activities
- Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis of post-implementation issues and implement solutions
- Participate in Knowledge Transfer sessions, document system processes, and support smooth transitions
- Perform impact analysis, prioritize issues, and ensure production support meets SLAs
- Lead code pipeline development and automation initiatives
- Mentor and support team members to improve overall team efficiency and performance
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (instance management, parameter store, general administration)
- Proficiency with package managers (e.g., Chocolatey)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk and New Relic
- Expertise in continuous integration and release engineering
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of source code management, virtualization, and containerization
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with various operating systems
- Exposure to APM tools such as New Relic, BMC, etc.
