Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives company growth.
- Brand Management Maintain and enforce brand integrity across all marketing materials.
- Social Media Management Oversee company social media channels, ensuring regular engagement and timely responses.
- Internal Communications Align teams with a cohesive brand value story.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Design and manage targeted marketing campaigns for key accounts.
- Marketing Automation Leverage tools like HubSpot to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Product Marketing Coordinate product launches, develop sales tools, and conduct training for sales teams.
- Public Relations & Thought Leadership Oversee PR efforts, manage media relations, and develop thought leadership initiatives.
- Content Development Oversee content creation, including press releases, blogs, white papers, and infographics.
- Event Management Plan and execute conferences, webinars, and prospecting events.
- Sales Enablement Develop and maintain sales collateral and ensure effective marketing support for sales teams.
- Metrics & Reporting Establish KPIs, track progress, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Budget & Vendor Management Develop and track marketing budgets, manage vendor relationships, and oversee marketing expenditures.
- Education Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience Minimum 5 years in marketing, including 3 years in Health IT or technology marketing.
- Leadership & Strategy Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and execute strategic initiatives.
- Communication Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Project Management Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Tech Proficiency Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical Skills Ability to interpret data, optimize marketing efforts, and track ROI.
- Adaptability Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
- Certifications HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Pragmatic Marketing certification is a plus.
