Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Proven experience in the healthcare domain as a Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, EHR, and HIE.
Proficiency in business analysis tools, process modeling, and requirements management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or healthcare (CPHIMS, RHIA).
Experience with Agile methodologies and data analytics.
