- 3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Operating Systems in a service desk/helpdesk environment.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, and local area networks.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work in a multi-channel support environment (phone, email, chat, WebEx).
