We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations. This role is integral in supporting a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HRIS, benefits, and compensation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other database management tools.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data analysis; ADP experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with excellent attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a proactive approach to follow-through.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
