Role: IAM Admin
Location: Concord, NH
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Systems Administrator with a strong background in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft 365 Cloud solutions, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange. This role focuses heavily on identity and access management, supporting secure, compliant user access across multiple platforms for Executive Branch agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage user identities and enterprise license allocations
- Administer secure access to Active Directory (AD) and Azure-secured resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, CJIS, PCI, FTI, and FERPA
- Support and troubleshoot email services including mailbox creation, distribution lists, and shared mail resources
- Manage user/group permissions and process data access requests through ticketing systems
- Use PowerShell scripting to optimize and automate identity management tasks
- Handle file recovery tasks using Volume Shadow Services and backup software, while guiding users in cloud file/email recovery
- Document processes, procedures, and workflows, and actively suggest areas for improvement
- Provide second-tier support and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex issues
