Job Description:
Talent Groups is looking for an experienced IT Support Professional to join an enterprise entertainment company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Successful candidates will have extensive experience support user endpoints and broad helpdesk/desktop support experience. From a skills perspective, we are targeting most of the following:
- work experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar
- experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- knowledge of computer peripherals, including printers, scanners, etc.
- of network security practices and anti-virus programs
- to perform remote troubleshooting
- A , Network , and Security are all nice to haves
