Job Summary
As a Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain and warehouse management system. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods, analyzing data to improve processes, and supporting order fulfillment operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate communication with couriers.
- Identify and resolve shipping issues efficiently to maintain workflow continuity.
- Provide support for daily operations related to shipments of clinical trial supplies and samples.
- Ensure a high level of service, reliability, and availability to internal departments, maintaining seamless logistics operations.
