Job Title: Quality Assurance Testing Lead
Location: Montpelier, VT
Need candidates from New England States( RI, NH, MA, ME, CT, VT)
Contract: 2 Years
Job Description:
Proven experience as a QA/Test Lead on large enterprise projects (Workday or similar ERP systems preferred).
Strong expertise in test planning, test execution, and defect management.
Deep understanding of QA frameworks and software testing methodologies.
Proficiency with JIRA for test case and defect tracking.
Ability to design and implement automated and manual test strategies.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills across technical and business teams.
Solid experience in risk-based testing and quality metrics tracking.
Familiarity with state government processes, HCM, budget, or financial systems is a plus.
Salary : $50 - $70
